Why are statistics important?

Statistics are important to show us whether the business is located in the best area for our demographic. The gender demographic is very important when creating a website as you'll want to aim it towards either a female customer or male customer.

1. What is the average age for someone to book a massage appointment with you?
Answer - Most of my clients are aged between 35-40, however a few of my client are 21-25 years of age.
2. Do you treat mainly female or male customers?
Answer - This can vary but most of my customers are female; I do have some male clients.
3. What is the occupation of your customers?
Answer - I'm not aware of the occupation for all of my clients but some work office jobs, I've found that a lot of people find these kinds of jobs stressful so they seek massage treatments to help them relax.

Please define target audience for your intended site and show data proving the audience for your site that you are developing. Perhaps define the demographic of the audience for similar sites. Why are the statistics important to your site? Who is the customer... perhaps interview the client?
